2017 Fountaine Pajot Saba 50 | Absinthe

Meticulously maintained by a full-time crew, this Saba 50 is immaculate. No expense has been spared on a recent and extensive refit inside and out, including new teak decks, new solar, new chart plotter and autopilot, all new halyards and lines and so much more.

This Maestro version includes an entire hull devoted to the generous and private owner’s suite, plus three spacious guest cabins each with its own ensuite, and a fully fitted skipper's cabin in the starboard bow, all air-conditioned.

Fully serviced in November 2024, the Volvo engines with new turbos, heat exchangers and engine control boxes, have benefited from regular professional servicing and upgrades, including a rebuild and new sail drive.

The Saba 50 boasts multiple relaxation areas, making it ideal for extended cruising while entertaining family and friends. The spacious saloon is accessed via an extra-wide entry door seamlessly integrating the indoor and outdoor spaces. Two skylights plus spectacular panoramic windows that encase the saloon provide exceptional views and natural light.

The L-shaped galley and island, with new appliances (2023) and plenty of fridge and freezer space, overlooks the saloon and generous cockpit where the extended aft roofline covers a large lounge, an extra sofa, a dining table for 12 guests, an icemaker and bar fridge.

The luxurious 12.4m2 upper lounge deck is equipped with a chaise lounge and two sunbathing decks along with a huge sunbathing lounge on the foredeck.

The helm station enjoys 360-degree visibility and protection from the elements, thanks to a new hardtop bimini with all weather clears fitted, and provides easy access to the cockpit and upper lounge deck.

All halyards and lines lead back to the helm position and are ergonomically controlled for ease of handling with electric winches, making short-handed sailing a breeze.

If you wish to earn some income from Absinthe when you’re not on board, we can recommend a great local charter company to take care of business, crewing and maintenance for you.
