11.90 M one-off composite motor sailer, designed by Pat Patterson and built in 2001 by Multihull Centre Ltd in Cornwall (UK), with 2 x 270 hp GM Peninsular V8 4-stroke turbo charged diesel engines and regular service history. The sole owners of this unique twin screw motor sailer, which was commissioned for them in 2002, put a lot of thought into the design and construction which includes several interesting and clever design features. A strong, stable and very capable Design Category B offshore cruiser with easy-to-handle cutter rig, which benefits from being stored ashore every winter and a continual programme of maintenance and upgrades. Complete cruising inventory includes bow & stern anchor windlasses, jib & in-boom mainsail furling systems, generator, inverter / battery charger, reverse cycle air conditioning, watermaker, washing machine, bath, comprehensive electronics package, GRP tender / sailing dinghy and liferaft. British Part 1 Registered.

• S/s internal floors and bracing in tunnel between engine beds

• S/s hollow fin keel with top flange, internal cast lead ballast (3000 Kg), fresh water tank and 55 Lt bilge sump

• Teak faced marine plywood bulkheads and internal joinery / trim

• Teak and holly flooring in all cabins

• Custom GRP mouldings for heads compartments including wash hand basins and wet locker

MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL

• 2 x 270 hp GM Peninsular V8 4-stroke turbo charged diesel engines with ZF-Hurth gearboxes and s/s shafts driving Max-Prop feathering propellers give 12 knots maximum speed (24 Lt / hour fuel consumption @ 2100 rpm gives 9/10 knots cruising)

• Full GM instrumentation (910 hours) and Morse single lever controls

• Autoprop disc shaft brakes
