Nordic quality - nice light and great space feel - cozy maritime atmosphere
Agder 840 is built in Norway in a solid quality for which the Norwegians are known. The hull is clinkered over the waterline and it gives the boat a classic and very charming look.
The designer has designed a boat with plenty of space in both cockpit and cabin areas. The cockpit is located centrally, here you will find sofa area with table stern, longitudinal pantry located in the backboard, a little further ahead co-pilot chair. In starboard, the captain's steering area is located. From cockpit access to separate stern cabin with 3 beds distributed on double bed in STB side and BB side bend. The "roof" to the stern cabin also acts as a sunbed, where you are nice on the beautiful blue cushions.
The large opening down to the main salon gives the feeling of great spaciousness, which is really well seen and performed by the yard.
The main salon offers a large sofa group that is easily transformed into a double bed, where there is room to spread to that extent. In the BB of Main Salon you will find a junk (used today for storage). In STB-side toilet room. Large and many windows give nice light and no "basement feeling". Many good storage rooms for storing gear.
The engine installation is from the Volvo Penta, the D3 series. Volvo Penta is one of the world's leading manufacturers of marine engines.
The boat is well equipped - on the equipment list you will find, among other things. Cardplotter - EberSpächer Oil Fire - Kaleche - Solar cells, etc. For complete equipment list, see "Specification" on our website.
