Beneteau Oceanis 41.1-year 2017. This boat has just under gone a major refit as prior to my purchase it was looted in BVI. I have extensive documentation, pictures, on the refit and all work was professionally done. Boat is registered in Delaware and is located in Saint Maarten, Caribbean. Engine has about 500 hours and recent service by Dealer-45HP Yanmar looks like new.
This is the 3 cabin, 2 head, shoal draft model and it was built in France.Below are the items that were purchased new and professional installed:

Cabin fans (6) and some recessed lights replaced.
Bilge pumps (3 now instead of 1 originally)

Shower drain boxes installed.
All cushions and mattresses replaced, new fitted linens.
Water heater replaced, electric, engine heat type.
Gas Oven
Safety gear. First aid kit, lifejackets, flares, horn, horseshoe buoy, life raft.
Boat looks brand new. Hull is in pristine condition as is all the new equipment. Boat is currently on the hard from hurricane season at the TOBY SARL marina in Sint Maarten. All work done to high standards and with quality components.
