Tamarisk 24 gaff cutter, designed by David Cannell, based on a coastal fishing boat from the turn of the 20th century known as the “Itchen Ferry Cutter” and built by A G Edgecombe in 1995. Heavy duty GRP hull with encapsulated ballast, marine plywood with hardwood overlay decks finished with non-slip paint and mahogany coachroof / cockpit recently stripped and re-coated with Sikkens wood protection (2023/24). A well maintained example of these classic yachts, with 9hp Yanmar 1GM10 diesel engine and open plan accommodation for up to 3 persons, which has benefitted from some recent upgrades / refurbishment during the winter of 2023/24. Inspection recommended.
