The SY 80, designed by German Frers, is the largest custom-built yacht ever produced by Sweden Yachts. TOY is hull number two. The hull is constructed from prepreg carbon/ kevlarepoxy in a sandwich design applying an advanced, vacuum bagging-heat curing process. Both the mast and boom are made of carbon/epoxy and autoclave-cured for maximum strength and performance.
