Designed by Van de Stadt this Jupiter 30 was built around 1980. Competitive cruiser/racer with a good performance that offers also a comfortable interior for family cruising.
Yes - she is not in her first flush of youth but she has been regularly maintained by her current owner and now represents an opportunity for a new owner! She has also had some upgrades since the photos were taken - including new upholstery... continuous annual upgrades.

Accommodation
The saloon is offset to port with a linear galley and nav station to startboard. There is a large aft/quarter berth to starboard aft of the nav station.
The saloon seating (seats 5-6) also converts for use as a double berth. Heads is by the companionway on the starboard side and a good size.
The forecabin has a closing sliding door, and has 2 large single berths with insert conversion to large double berth with large hanging lockers on either side.
Good stowage beneath the v-berth.
Galley has a gimballed 2 burner gas cooker with oven and grill. There is also a microwave oven - Russell Hobbs. Good storage.
Stainless steel sink. Water system is cold water and manual. Currently no fridge/coolbox.
Chart table with map reading light and chart storage
3 large dry food storage lockers under seating in moulded white GRP
Double skin insulation throughout and Eberspacher heating.
Ventilation port in main cabin, forward cabin and heads
Upholstery replaced 2017 now white - and brings in a lot more light.
Sails and Rig
Masthead sloop with slab reefing main with lazy lines and stack pack - all new in 2016 by Sketrick.
Furling genoa with facnor SD150 furling system. UV strip replaced 2015.
There is also a 2nd genoa and a cruising chute.
Black Aluminium mast and boom with stainless steel standing rigging. Backstay tensioner.
Spinnaker boom.
