Description
The Delphia 29 is an exceptionally well built and spacious family cruiser which is easily sailed short-handed. This is the lifting keel version with six berths in two double cabins outside the saloon, diesel heating, 220 volt shore power, hot and cold pressurised water and a fridge. She is fully equipped, is presented in excellent condition and is well worth viewing.

Accommodation
Six berths in three cabins with 6' 3" headroom. V-berth forward with double berth infill. Saloon with two settee berths, drop leaf saloon table and stowage outboard. Chart table to starboard with electrical panel and stowage. Galley to port with Eno two-burner gas hob, stainless steel sink with pressurised hot and cold water and 12 volt refrigerator. Heads to starboard aft with Jabsco marine toilet with holding tank, washbasin and shower with electric pump-out. Aft cabin with double berth. Cream patterned cloth upholstery. Webasto diesel heating system with 4 outlets.
Mechanical Systems
Nanni 3.75HE, three cylinder, 21hp inboard diesel engine. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Shaft drive with protected skeg to two blade fixed propeller. Stainless steel 70 litre fuel tank. 5 knots cruising speed and 6.5 knots maximum speed under engine. Various engine spares. Engine winterised 2023.
Electrical Systems
2 x 12 volt batteries charged by engine alternator. 220 volt shore power system with battery charger, immersion heater and socket at chart table. Solar panel on coachroof with Solara charge controller. Waeco 1kw inverter. 12 volt socket at chart table. 12 volt interior lighting. Avtex 16", 12v TV mounted on forward saloon bulkhead. Second free-standing 12v TV in forward cabin.

Fractional rigged bermudan sloop. Silver anodised deck stepped mast with stainless steel tabernacle. Mast raising/lowering system with A-frame and support crutch. Stainless steel standing rigging (2005). Terylene running rigging. Slab reefing mainsail with lazyjacks. Plastimo headsail furling system. Halyards and reefing lines led aft to 10 jammers on coachoof. 2 x Andersen self-tailing sheet/halyard winches on coachroof. 2 x Lewmar 16 self-tailing spinnaker sheet winches. Adjustable backstay.

Construction
Built in 2005 by Delphia Yachts. White GRP hull with burgundy style stripes. White GRP superstructure with moulded-in non-slip surfaces. Cast iron external ballast on underside of hull with ballasted GRP lifting keel operated from winch on the coachroof, gives a minimum draft of 1'11" (0.6m). Tiller steering with tiller extension and lifting swing rudder. Self-draining cockpit. Teak cockpit seats and sole. Teak transom and transom steps. 2 x raised teak seats on corners of pushpit. Mainsheet controls on raised console in cockpit. Perspex and timber washboards.
