Recent Upgrades: July 2024: New 1" Iroko gunnel cappings and inner boards fitted and 4" Rubber D Fender. New Fwd Cabin Boards / GRP sheathed all by professional boat builder during refit costing PS6k.
Engine Room Refurbishment: Full engine room refit in 2023. Engine Room totally gutted and refurbished. All bilges fully re gelcoated in white (2 coats). All deckhead and frames painted 3 coats of under coat and glossed with white international.
Fuel Tanks: 2 x 190 Litre Stainless Steel Fuel Tanks with all stainless steel valves to cross over. Inspection lids and fully tested/test cert stamped. Wema fuel sender unit connected to Fuel Gauge on dash panel. Also drain valves/easy access at the Fwd end of the tank. Full tank system/fittings cost PS2300.
Fuel System: Racor Fuel filter with protected fuel lines (Within Steel Core protection). Fully LED Light System In Engine room. 4 large 2ft lights and 1 x 1ft light. Full new exhaust system including Vetus Waterlock.
Bilge Pumps:

• 1. Rule 800Gph bilge pump in Fwd Cabin with Float Switch/Bilge Alarm/NR Valve.
• 2. Jabsco Puppy bilge pump with float switch, NR Valve and hoses at Fwd End of the engine room.
• 3. Rule bilge pump on float switch at Aft end of engine room with NR Valve.
• 4. Whale hand bilge pump fully refurbished located on deck with suction pipe under stern gland.

Engine Cooling: Seacock and all new strainer hoses. Stainless Steel Anti-Siphon Valve/hoses.
Toilet System: New Toilet Hoses and Blake's Seacock overhauled April 2023.
Cabin/Deck: 3/4" plywood professionally GRP Sheathed with very smooth gelcoat finish. There is a stern door and diving platform for access. Main deck is 3/4" ply with 4mm GRP on 4"x3" Iroko hard wood frames. Fully Refurbished/New Seals Heavy Duty Bomar watertight hatch on deck for Engine Room Access. There is also a hatch in the wheelhouse.
Accommodation: Cooker/Toilet. 2 Large Bunks and also very large bunk athwart ships under the wheelhouse. The Fwd cabin is massive but could do with new carpets etc. All pig iron ballast ingots removed and shot blasted and painted.
Survey: 2023 Survey available showing work required - All work now complete in 2024 refit. Full "before and after" refit pictures available.
Asking Price: PS35500k due to the fact some cosmetic work still to complete but all the heavy/expensive/investment work is done. Would consider part/ex/cash for a GM38 Cygnus. Fully Antifouled and all new anodes fitted.
Location: Located Inverkip Marina and can be loaded to transport or sailed away.
