We launched the boat in August 2023 and it operates in our charter fleet in Sukošan. As we are not only a charter company but also an official Beneteau dealership, the boat is very well maintained with regular servicing. The ship has never had any serious accidents or boardings.
The boat must remain in our charter fleet for the entire 2024 season, after which the new owner can decide whether to continue with the charter management program or start using the boat for their own purposes. The boat can remain in charter for at least another 5 years. A new Croatian company was established to operate the boat in charter and the boat is owned by this company. It is therefore possible to buy the entire company including the boat, i.e. only to transfer the company's business share to the new owner. The boat is currently financed by leasing, so in the event of a transfer of the entire company, there is no need to change anything and it is only possible to continue the lease payments. In this case, the first investment is only about 70 thousand Euros.
Equipment: 3 cabins, 1 toilet, furling mainsail, furling genoa, bowsprit with anchor storage and gennaker equipment, bimini, sprayhood, electric anchor windlass, Raymarine electronics, Axiom 7" chartplotter, i70s display, P70s autopilot, VHF Ray73, AIS receiver, Fusion audio, speakers in salon and cockpit, refrigerator, gas stove with oven, diesel heating, PVC Marlin Weiss salon upholstery, cockpit cushions, cockpit shower, full safety and galley equipment included, liferaft, dinghy without engine .
Charter management program: the owner's share is 70% of the net income minus the costs of berth, insurance and maintenance. Details will be sent upon request.
The price is shown without VAT. If the buyer is a company with a registered European VAT number or if the boat is exported outside the EU, then this price is the final price. For a private person from the EU without VAT registration, Croatian VAT of 25% of the amount stated on the invoice must be added.
The boat is anchored and can be seen and rented at our pier at the base in Sukošan.
