HUMMINGBIRD has a large, open deck layout which is perfect for social gatherings and offers ample space for sunbathing and outdoor dining. At the stern, there’s a generously sized swim platform which is ideal for water sports or simply enjoying a dip in the sea. It’s easily accessible from the cockpit and includes a retractable swim ladder for convenience.
Entering into the cockpit from the stern two couches with two tables in between characterize a huge seating arrangement. This area is the perfect spot for socializing, lounging, al fresco dining or just enjoying the sun and the water. Further forward just behind the helm seats, you find the galley that is equipped with a grill a fridge, and a sink to cater to all the needs. Centrally located is the helm station, which is the heart of the yacht. It features 3 comfortable helmsman seats and is equipped with all the navigation and control systems, including a joystick and an advanced marine audio system.
Below deck, the Fjord 40 Open includes a surprisingly spacious cabin considering its overall size. It typically features a large double bed, making it perfect for overnight stays. The yacht includes a compact yet fully equipped bathroom (head) with an electric toilet, a washbasin, and a shower. The fixtures and fittings are typically of high quality, reflecting the yacht’s luxury status.

He is one of the industry's most distinguished motor yacht designers. His numerous innovations have left a mark on recent motor yacht designs. We feel that hull design is a naval architect's signature. It defines a boat's durability and seaworthiness. Fjord 40 Open has besides its extravagant use of space and stunning design - more than 10 m2 of sun beds, seating for up to 12 people around the convertible table, walk-around deck, a spacious pantry and wet bar for any occasion - and also accommodation for two in the cabin below.
