The hull is built using a female mould. Vismara’s philosophy of lightness is the core of this 62ft cruiser racer yacht. Constructed from a combination of fibreglass or carbon sandwich, vacuumed with epoxy resin, she is both extremely strong and secure. The hull, deck and bulkheads undergo a post curation process at a controlled temperature according to supplier’s technical sheets at no more than 60°. Structural reinforcements are laminated using unidirectional carbon fibres. The deck is a laminate of carbon fibre for ultimate strength, light weight and durability.
The sail plan, consisting of 226 mq, is designed to ensure great performances, with easy handling. Her hull, rigging and deck equipment are all tuned for comfortable sailing at sea. The mainsheet track can also be located in the cockpit or on the coachroof top, depending on her owner’s wishes and requirements.
The interior layout is aimed to ensure a made to measure yacht for an experienced owner. Her design and solutions are defined in close cooperation with her owner, and represent a great example of the Vismara theory of developing all the custom projects side by side with the final user to achieve a result that is a true expression of her owner.
