Navigation in lightness, high performance, long range cruising, safety and ease off handling are the characteristics that summarise the concept of this state of the art and unique Vismara MY56 Navetta. The Vismara yard has in the forerunner of this, guidelines stretching the boundaries of research with new concepts and trying to improve every aspect of design and construction. Typical examples are the care for the environment, the continuous research for more rational and efficient systems in order to reduce weight and simplify use, reduce maintenance and running costs for a final more freedom and range of use.
On deck
The exterior spaces of the Navetta MY56 is characterised by a very wide dinette astern with comfortable seats and a big table. A wide sliding door gives access to the internal saloon and disappears on the side columns creating a huge single room inside-out. In the forward area the characteristic cabin design creates a very large sunbathing area, while a big locker allows the storage of all the deck equipment and the anchor system.
A wide garage equipped with a hydraulic opening transom door allows a very easy access to the sea, and to store a very large inboard engine tender that is hauled through the use of a specially designed hydraulic gangway that disappears in the transom.
Interior
The wide and roomy saloon can be considered the strong point of the interiors of the MY56. The wide windows all around give maximum view during navigation and create a saloon-on-the-sea effect. The careful design of the retractable table means it is possible to transform the dinette into a relaxation area or into a dining room for up to ten persons.
The helm station is characterised by a symmetrical geometry, and is located just in front of the saloon and benefits from a 270° view, for optimum yacht control. And due to the reverse windows, it is shaded from the sun’s rays. It is equipped with the most modern control systems and onboard monitoring displays, and interfaced with tablet for free control touch screen. The steering system is simplified by the joy-stick IPS Volvo control that gives an intuitive approach to the docking manoeuvres.
The sleeping quarters are located below deck and are divided into two king-sized cabins, symmetrical and both equipped with a separate shower and toilet compartment, wc + bidet and wide sinks. Every cabin is characterised by wide side windows that guarantee an exceptional sea view, allowing the guest to dream of tropical islands. A sophisticated air conditioning and a modern entertainment and video installation satisfies even the most demanding clients. In detail the layout is characterised by the master cabin, fore with full large storage areas. The guest cabin is in the middle of the yacht and uses the full beam. The crew cabin is served by a separate entrance near the engine room so that there is no interference with the guest areas.
The design specifications requested by the owner were to have easy access to the engines; therefore this has been located in way that it is possible to walk around them. The other systems are also located in the engine room, concentrating the weights and reducing wiring and piping. The systems include high capacity gel batteries with a 24 Volt full electrical system, a 10 kW generator and 5 kW inverter, an air conditioning system and a black water treatment system. Very large fuel tanks are a guarantee of long-range autonomy.
