Invoice from Westerly Yachts for work they did preparing Sheet Lightning for the Tradewinds Rally which took place 1995 to 1997. This included fitting of ICOM SSB Radio, Autohelm ST50 Radar, alternator booster and battery monitoring system, make battery box under aft cabin and fit 2 additional batteries with battery isolation switch for each battery, fit Isotherm 4200 Seawater cooled fridge unit, additional switch panel for watermaker fridge, SSB and spare, convert forward water tank to fuel tank and make additional stainless steel fuel tank & connect both to engine (extra fuel tank was removed upon return from rally), fabricate anchor roller and chafe plate, deepen gas locker to take Calor gas instead of small camping gas bottles (more widely available worldwide), strengthen forward U bolt. Manufactured and fitted the gantry on the stern.

Owner's Comments
Sheet Lightning has been jointly owned since new. She is now solely owned by one of the two original owners. They sailed Sheet Lightning around the world as part of the Tradewinds Rally from 1995 to 1997 hence all the additional gear on board e.g. the Twin headsail rig and poles, Monitor self steering gear, connections for Seafresh Watermaker, space for 2 more batteries etc Sea anchor/drogue, in-car radio cassette player. She is Lloyds Register Hull Construction Certificate number SOU 116028/1. They had new instruments fitted in June 2019. Documentation shows ST4000 commissioned 5th June, the rest 18th June 2019. Instruments have had minimal use.
