Osprey of Meon is a good example of a Westerly 31 Longbow, a solidly constructed traditional displacement fin keel cruiser with Bermudan rig providing excellent performance under sail and spacious wooden interior. She has been well maintained having been in the same family since 1982 and improved by her current owners in 2002 with new carpets and interior cushions fitted throughout. Paralda is lifted ashore every winter and the cradle is included in the sale.
Accomodation & Galley
ACCOMODATION
Main Saloon has been re-upholstered throughout, including the cockpit cushions which with the removable folding cockpit table provide a comfortable dining area which is easily converted into three berths. There is a sliding chart table
The headlining in the saloon has been recently replaced.
The fore cabin has a double V-berth, shelving and storage below.
GALLEY
The galley includes stainless steel sink and Flavel B700C gas stove featuring oven, grill and 2 burners and is extremely clean. There is 1 cool boxes here and another under the seating.
HEADS
The manual heads with sink and mirror are midway and opposite a tall, very useful wet locker .
