There was a small bit of water damage at the entry door maybe from the door being open during a rainstorm. The seller reports there are no leaks.
This vessel had a slight mildew smell in it. There were fans running in the bedrooms but this could be remedied with more cleaning and airing out.
I noticed moderate signs of oxidation on some of the metal, a little delamination on the wood varnish, a tiny bit of wear and tear on the vinyl furniture, and a nick on the top of the transom door.
The accommodation step is broke and may need replacing.
The vessel has typical stress cracks in transitions of the hull and cabin, around deck hatches electronic box, doorway, and on the fly bridge, the cracks are non-structural in nature. Anchor platform is broken and fractured.
The small wind screen had a few cracks in it. In the stateroom, the ceiling lining was falling but could be tacked up.
All of these issues are repairable and do not detract in the beauty and functionality of this gorgeous yacht.
