Full hull compound and polish. Full decal set renew inc name and model. New Victron Argofet battery isolator inc uprated cabling. New alternator and belt. New uprated alternator cabling. Complete overhaul of battery box including cables and fuses. Complete instrumentation rewire. New water pump impeller and belt. All fuel filters replaced. Engine oil and filter changed October 2024. Gear oil changed. All 5 x Skin fittings and seacocks replaced. All 3 x Blakes seacocks refurbished. All heads toilet inlet and outlet hoses replaced. All shower related outlet hoses replaced. All heads sink outlet hoses replaced. All galley sink outlet hoses replaced. Full toilet service. Engine inlet hose replaced. New engine and cockpit instrument plinths fitted. New Spinlock headsail/staysail jammer fitted. All bilge areas and lockers deep cleaned. New oven door fitted. Automatic bilge pump, master switch, float switch and associated wiring/plumbing fitted. 4 x new 240v sockets fitted (one includes both A and C type USB connection). Hull anode and prop shaft anodes replaced. Diesel tank filled October 2024. Camping gaz bottle tap replaced. Hydrovane wind vane serviced.
ENGINE:
Yanmar 3GM30 27hp diesel engine with shaft drive to a Brunton feathering propeller (Ambassador rope cutter fitted). Propshaft and cutlass bearing renewed 2021. Volvo Penta dripless shaft seal. Spare three blade propellor. Engine battery and 2x 110ah service batteries (2020) charged by alternator (2024). Battery monitor. Shorepower battery charger. Solar panels with Victron MPPT Smart Controller 75/10. Shore power connected with RCD. Victron galvanic isolator.
SAILS AND SPARS:
Aluminium twin spreader mast and boom. Arun dacron mainsail (three reefs), a furling Arun dacron yankee and an Arun dacron staysail (all 2011). Spinnaker sail with snuffer. Telescopic spinnaker pole. Cruising chute. Spare mainsail and staysail. Mainsail stackpack and lazy jacks (2015). Stainless steel standing rigging renewed 2016 and inspected 2023. Furlex 200s furler (2016). 2x Lewmar 44 self tailing twin speed sheet winches. 2x Lewmar 30 self tailing single speed halyard winches. Lewmar 8 mast winch and Barton 16 self tailing winch for headsail furler.
CABIN DETAILS:
The interior is finished in high quality teak veneer joinery. The private forward cabin has a double berth (with infill cushion) and a hanging locker. The heads compartment has a marine WC (with holding tank 2020), a wash basin with pressurised hot/ cold water supply and a showerhead (with shower bilge pump with through hull draining). On both sides of the saloon there are single settee berths and there is a double drop leaf central dining table, the starboard side also converts to a double berth. There is a JVC CD /stereo radio in the saloon. The galley is aft and to port. It is well equipped with:- a gimballed Plastimo Neptune 2000 two burner gas cooker with oven and grill, twin stainless steel sinks with pressurised hot/ cold fresh water supply, and work surface/ locker storage. Opposite the galley is the forward facing chart table/ Navigation station and starboardside aft quarter berth. The fridge is located below the chart table seat. There are stowage lockers in the cockpit.
DECK EQUIPMENT:
Delta 15kg anchor with 50m of 10mm chain and 50m of warp. Lofrans Cayman 88 1000w electric anchor windlass. Stainless steel pulpit, pushpit, stanchions and guard wires. Stainless steel boarding ladder. Sprayhood (2015). Cockpit enclosure (2015). Fenders and warps.
