Shanti is a classic small clinker built yacht that was given a total rebuild in 2005 as a semi retirement project.
New planks where required, including raising topsides (new upper beam shelf) and sister oak ribs.
New cabin top and decking.
Copper fastenings renewed as required.
Launched 2014 to a mooring at Cotehele Quay, hauled out each winter.
In 2016 steel plate drop keel removed and slot sealed, twin bilge keels fitted while retaining original keel.
Gunter rig changed to Bermudan and mast lengthened accordingly.
Powered by a Vire petrol 2 stroke engine 7.7hp @ 3200 rpm
