The Seaward 29s have proven sea-keeping qualities and are probably the best sea-keeping vessels in this size range. 

Construction

G.R.P. with teak joinery and teak spray rails

Hull

Round bilge semi-displacement type with flared bow.

Rubber "D" fendering provides all round protection

Deck and Superstructure

One piece GRP moulding which is through bolted and laminated to the hull.

On Deck

Stainless steel pulpit with stanchions, guard rail and teak top rail 

Stainless steel grab rails on top of the wheelhouse and coachroof

Lofrans electric anchor windlass with self stow bow roller. Can be controlled at the bow and at the helm station

Bruce Type anchor and chain

Accommodation

The enclosed wheelhouse is arranged with a helm seat to port and a matching seat to starboard for the Navigator / Crew

These two seats can fold forward to create two aft facing seats at the saloon table

Two saloon tables can convert to single berths

Four sliding wheelhouse side windows 

Going forward and down a few steps, the galley is to starboard and comes complete with a two burner gas cooker with grill and oven, stainless steel sink, opening porthole and storage lockers.

The heads compartment is to port opposite the galley and comes with a marine toilet, hand basin, hot water, shower, opening portholes and holding tank system with electric pump out to sea.

The forward cabin has a large double berth with lockers on either side, shelf on the forward bulkhead, TV, opening portholes and opening deck hatch
