Il Folkeboot è una lunga chiglia con sartiame Bermuda. Ha la forma a S tipica degli yacht in legno e una poppa a telaio piatto con timone attaccato.

Il classico scafo della folkboat è realizzato in legno e clinkered ed è navigato con un albero di legno incollato.

I telai sono stati parzialmente rinnovati, la folkboat ha una struttura di cabina più alta e le protezioni sono state rinforzate.

The Nordic Folkboat is a small, simple but seaworthy sailboat, specially designed for the Baltic Sea. It can accommodate a crew of two to four people and is suitable for cruising sailing as well as for sporting regattas.

The Folkeboot is a long keel with Bermuda rigging. It has the S-frame shape typical of wooden yachts and a flat-frame stern with attached rudder.

The classic folkboat hull is made of wood and clinkered and is sailed with a glued wooden mast.

The frames have been partially renewed, the folkboat has a higher cabin structure and the shrouds have been reinforced.

Das Nordische Folkeboot ist ein kleines, einfaches aber seetüchtiges Segelboot, speziell konstruiert für die Ostsee. Es bietet Platz für eine Crew von zwei bis vier Personen und eignet sich sowohl zum Fahrtensegeln als auch für sportliche Regatten.

Das Folkeboot ist ein Langkieler mit Bermudarigg. Es verfügt über die für Holzyachten typische S-Spant-Form und ein Plattgattheck mit angehängtem Ruder.

Der klassische Folkeboot-Rumpf ist aus Holz und geklinkert und wird mit einem verleimtem Holzmast gesegelt.

Die Spanten wurden teilweise erneuert, das Folkeboot hat einen höheren Kajütaufbau und die Wanten wurden verstärkt.
