Construction

RCD Status: Our understanding is that the yacht is exempt from the essential safety requirements of the Recreational Craft Directive as she was built and placed into use within the EU prior to 1998.

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

• Fiberglass hull.
• Teak decks, 2007,  hand laid not prefab, in approx.
• White hull, gelcoat polished June 2024 (hull and deck).
• New zincs on prop and shaft June 2024.

Keel & Rudder:

• Scheel keel (drawing only 5.5’).
• Rudder is foam filled GRP with sst tubular stock, two roller bearings.  Noted there was a rudder lead in stock, repaired June 2024.

Machinery

Engine & Gearboxes:

• 1 x Yanmar 4Jh2E.
• Both fuel tanks cleaned/maintenance June 2024.

Maintenance & Performance:

• Engine hours approx. 2161 @ July 2023.
• In 2014, the engine was removed while boat was in France and sent to Yanmar for a full service, and drive shaft balanced serial #05622.
• New transmission 7/23 which involved removing the engine. Yard serviced/cleaned/painted and also replaced the two rear engine mounts before replacing the engine.
• Yanmar spares onboard.
• Fuel polishing system  (stops dirty diesel from getting in to the tanks).
• Lewmar Windlass.
• Max prop, serviced/cleaned/greased June 2024.
• New alternator and impeller June 2024.
• Solenoid relay new June 2024.

Electrical Systems

Voltage Systems:

• 12V outlets.
• All interior light bulbs changed to LED June 2024.

Battery Banks:

• Batteries, 2023.
• Engine start under nav seat.
• Onan Generator start stbd lazarette serviced June 2024 - impeller replaced, water hose from water pump to cooling system installation corrected
• Two house batteries under port fwd dining seat.
• Two house batteries under aft berth.
• Battery monitor meters 2024.

Battery Chargers:

• Cristec battery charger, fuses replaced June 2024.

Generator:

• Onan generator,  6 kW, mounted in stern locker, in sound shield.
• Full service September 2024, including new raw water pump.

Shore Power:

• 230V shore power, 12V DC.
• 50 amp/125/250V shore power inlet with new breaker 2024.

Plumbing Systems

• Seacocks serviced June 2024.

Watermaker:

• Dessalator watermaker, never been used  (a cutoff valve needs to be installed on thru hull).

Bilge Pumps:

• New bilge pump float 2023.
• Shower sump pump.
• Seagull water filters.
• Raritan toilets.

Tankage

Fuel:

• 70 US gallons/265L in two SST tanks.

Fresh Water:

• 98 US gallons/320 L in two tanks.

Grey/Blackwater Holding Tanks:

• Fwd holding tank, under v berth.
• Aft holding tank in stbd aft cockpit locker.

• Furuno DRS4D-NXT Solid State Doppler Radar (new July 2024).
• Furuno IF-NMEA2K2 Converter (new July 2024).

• Spreader lights with remote.
• Hella overhead lights with teak trim rings.

Accommodation

• 4 berths in 2 cabins + 1 pilot berth in Saloon.

Description of layout from forwards:

Fwd Cabin:

• Twin wooden berths that can convert in to a double with a filler piece.  

Fwd Head:

• Located to port.

Saloon:

• Teak dining table to port, with curved settee and pilot berth.
• On stbd side is a straight settee with bookshelves above. Second head is to port side fwd.  
• Yanmar diesel is on centerline with companionway ladder.  

Second Head:

• Second head is to port side fwd.

Nav Station:

• Located stbd side.
• Nav table with opening lid.
• Full electronics/breaker panel, etc.

Galley:

• Pop up shelf in galley.

Head:

• Walk through head located stbd side with port side opening in to the galley.  

Owner’s Aft Cabin:

• Centerline queen berth.
• Curved settees on either side.

Deck Equipment

Rig:

• Nautor alum. Mast & boom.
• Navtec Hydraulics.
• Reckmann roller furling.
• New running rigging 2023.
• Rod rigging looks brand new, as it has had so little use.  Yard has gone up the rig, and the comments are that it looks amazing.
• Spreader tips supplied by Nautor and replaced on boat in 2014.

• Main travelers trim line modification – Cam cleat with steel plates.
• Spreader lights (new batteries June 2024).
