BROKERS REMARKS: Owners bought the boat new through Sunsail in 2018 and had it on charter until October 2023 for the seasons in Palma, then Croatia. The owners went through Phase out with Sunsail in November 2023. Owners have been living aboard and sailed in the Med since then. The boat was fitted with many upgrades including AIS, tender Highfield & outboard engine 20Hp, remote control with chain counter, new halyards, mooring lines, etc. VAT tax already paid (not recoverable), can sail in EU waters.
COMMENTAIRES DU COURTIER: Les propriétaires ont acheté le bateau neuf en gestion locative au sein de la flotte Sunsail. Il a été exploité en location à Palma, puis la Croatie jusqu'à Octobre 2023. Depuis les propriétaires l'ont récupéré en sortie de flotte, entièrement révisé. Ils naviguent à bord d'Avril à Septembre, ont installé de nombreuses améliorations : AIS, annexe Highfield et moteur hors-bord Honda 20cv, drisses et amarres ont été remplacées, télécommande avec compteur de chaine etc.. TVA déjà acquittée et non récupérable.
