Remarks :
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37 is a great all round cruising yacht. She is a well balanced ,safe and quick, with very spacious comfortable accommodation. 'Annalouise' is the shoal draft version which allows exploration of shallower cruising areas.

She is equipped with hot air heating and  pressurized hot/cold water. Her three cabins are large doubles and with her settee berths she will sleep up to 9. The heads compartment has a sea toilet ,hot shower and  sink with vanity unit. The galley is well laid out with a two burner ,oven and plenty of dry storage. Her saloon is bright with quality joinery, large and large dining table.

This Jeanneau 37 had a powerful Beta 35hp engine installed in 2021. Her sails are all in good condition with all lines led back to the cockpit. She is easily sailed short handed.

She has been well looked after by her present owner and is in good condition throughout .

Accommodation :
The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37 sleeps 9 in three cabins. The forward cabin has a v berth with hanging locker and opening deck hatch. The two aft doubles are large and comfortable. In the saloon which is light and airy with quality light coloured teak is a large dining table, an starboard settee which makes into a double and the port settee offers a single berth. Head height is over 6ft throughout. The heads has a hot water shower ,sink and storage unit. The galley is well laid out with plenty of dry storage.
