Accommodation :
The Hardy 24 extended wheelhouse offers an open-plan accommodation that is practical and straightforward. In the forepeak, a V-berth with an infill creates a double berth, and a marine sea toilet is conveniently located under the berth. An opening deck hatch illuminates the area with natural light.
The wheelhouse saloon area offers great natural light and great visibility through two large forward and two side facing windscreens. The helm position is on the starboard side, featuring a single helm seat, engine controls, and navigation aids. On the port side, there is a single navigator seat with a small galley underneath, which includes a single sink with manually pumped cold water and a two-burner gas hob.
Further aft within the wheelhouse, settees are situated on both the port and starboard sides, offering additional under-seat storage. Exiting through the companionway leads to the large aft cockpit, which is surrounded by guardrails and provides access to the Volvo Penta engine.

History & Construction
Built in 2001 by Hardy Marine, this vessel features a white GRP hull with a dark blue sheer stripe. The white GRP wheelhouse superstructure includes a moulded non-slip deck. It has an aft self-draining cockpit and a copper coated planning hull for enhanced performance.
The boat was last out of the water in April 2024 for replacement anodes and her hull polished and her copper coating hull cleaned. The vessel was lifted again this year for a hull polish and anode check.
The current owner has enjoyed the boat however is selling due to not using the vessel.

Mechanical Systems
The cockpit enclosure houses a six-cylinder, 150hp turbocharged Volvo Penta diesel engine, powering a sterndrive with a three-bladed duo propeller. This engine is fuelled by a 120-litre steel tank. It comes with partial service history and was last serviced in July 2023.
The Hardy 24 can reach a maximum speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. Additionally, this model is equipped with trim tabs and is freshwater cooled via a heat exchanger. The outdrive was serviced in July 2023, during which the bellows were also replaced.
Electrical Systems
2 x 110 Ah12-volt batteries, (1 x Engine 1 x Domestic) charge from engine alternator, and Blue Smart battery charger. This Hardy 24 also benefits from a 240v shore power system with ring main.
