The 1996 Fountaine Pajot Athena 38, named Debit De L'eau, is EU VAT paid and was in the UK during Brexit.
It features four cabins, two heads, a spacious saloon/galley, and cockpit seating for up to 12 people.
The boat is powered by two Yanmar engines, a 2GM20 and a newer 3YM20 (2006) both delivering 18hp, making it quite maneuverable.
This year, it received new plastic water tanks (210 liters each), 280ah of lithium batteries, and two engine starting batteries.
The sails have been cleaned and repaired, with a new stack pack and UV strip added, plus a spinnaker included. Sails are 2010.
The rigging's age is 2010 and looks to be in good shape.
The previous owner painted the entire topside with International Toplac paint, likely due to yellowing gel coat underneath, which could use some touch-ups.
The saloon sofa cushions have been re upholstered but not shown in the pictures.
A Katadyn water maker is installed.
Also included is a nearly new 3.6m tender with a 20hp 4-stroke Suzuki outboard.
