There are a few known items that have been factored into the pricing - the Port Fuel gauge is stuck on 1/3 full. The Refrigerator/Freezer needs a new thermostat, and the Ice Box has not been used. The Transmission on one of the engines has a minor leak. The bottom paint is in need of being redone.
