Birchwood 25 Executive
British built classic Inland River & Canal cruiser. This family cruiser has been a tried & tested model for over 30yrs with this one being in as close to original despite the upgradingof various lighting & equipment. Offering a protected helm position yet has a sun-roof, sociable cockpit, double dinette & forward V-berth, Courtesy l.e.d lighting, galley & separate heads New Boat safety certificate valid for 4yrs. This sterndrive version provides for better close quarter handling than its sister ship with Tunnel drive & with good access to her propeller should the nee arise. Viewing highly recognised & vessel is currently stored ashore allowing for any hull survey access.

Single Mercruiser 120hp Inboard petrol engine with Mercruiser Alpha One Sterndrive. Engine has been previously serviced by Local Mercruiser engineer including drive. New Propeller fitted.
Electrics
240v shorepower connection with numerous double socket outlets to cabin. Mains battery charging unit & 12v system from single 110amp hr approx ships leisure battery, single 90amp hr engine start battery.

Cockpit layout.
Good access to Cockpit from either Port or Starboard wings at mid-ships. Seating to full width of transom with original vinyl foam sectional cushions. Storage beneath. Note gas locker in Starboard seat. Sectional floor that carries the Cockpit table doubles up for the aft bed base. Artificial Holly & cherry flooring within the cockpit. Folding helm & pilot seat to port & starboard, access through sole to engine & batteries also mounted beneath to portside.
On Deck
From aft it is easy & safe with the help of strategically placed aluminium hand rails to reach the superstructure or forward deck. Water deck filler to bow, 15kg approx Danforth anchor with 1/4″ galvanised chain (length not measured). Remote search light to wheelhouse top. Full navigation lights including anchor light.
Accommodation & Inventory
Helm position/instrumentation.
Portside helm with side mounted single lever morse control. Original vinyl covered instrument panel with full engine monitoring such as oil & water pressure, rev counter, volt meter & trim switch. 12v switch panel for navigation lights, courtesy lights, cabin lights, water pump etc. DSC Vhf radio, port & starboard screen wipers.
Galley
Situated to starboard side with s/steel sink & drainer, 12v H&C faucet on its original wooden cabinet and storage beneath. Gas oven, grill & four burner hob.
Heads
Separate Starboard heads offers a corner sink with H&C faucet, new & unused Thetford porta loo.
Dinette / Double berth
To portside, her dining table drops to accommodate a double berth with the V-berth forward, storage beneath seat lockers. Adjacent to the aft dinette bulkhead is a bi-fold door where the ships shore charging unit can be found as well as the consumer unit. Access to 12v helm electrics.
Inventory
New fenders with spliced 3 strand line, new mooring lines, covers & upholstery, Canopy to stern & cockpit sides. Face off radio/cd player to saloon, shorepower lead, all curtains, Lock key, mooring pins & mallet.
