We are delighted to bring to market this truly one off Broom 370. “Necessity” has recently benefitted from a fully bespoke interior fit out by 'Setag' who are considered to be the best in the business. As soon as you step aboard the attention to detail, materials used and level of finish is overwhelmingly apparent.
“Necessity” has been professionally maintained and comes equipped with a very high specification including Twin Volvo Penta D6-330 diesel inboard engines, bow and stern thruster, 4kw generator, Raymarine axiom plotter, Garmin vesper cortex VHF / AIS, pop up Television, LED deck lights and much more.
Broom boats are well renowned for their build quality and the incredible amount of interior accommodation they offer but are often finished to traditional styles and colours. 'Necessity' however, has undergone a complete 'Setag' re-fit and is truly a one in a million boat. From replacement head linings to re-styling of saloon seating to all new carpets and mood lighting she truly has been transformed from a traditional interior into something very contemporary.

Aft owners cabin hosts a large central island berth with an upholstered bed head, panoramic window giving extensive views from the transom, fully recessed blinds, extensive wardrobe and locker space, mirrors, mixture of large storage cupboards, wardrobe and drawers.
En-suite heads in aft cabin with electric flush toilet, sink and vanity unit and separate shower compartment.
Forward guest cabin is in the upgraded double bed arrangement running parallel to the lines of the boat, upholstered surrounds and hull linings, storage under berths, two wardrobes, mirrors, roof hatch.
Day heads consists of an electric toilet, sink and ample storage.
Galley with 3-burner gas hob with glass cover, gas oven and grill, twin stainless steel sinks with hot and cold water, worktop, electric fridge, microwave, lockers, cupboard, large storage lockers beneath galley floor.
Saloon with u-shaped settee to starboard with under-seat drawers, side cupboard to port with storage under and pop-up TV, chaise lounge with separate stool and storage underneath, electric lift TV, twin roof hatches.
Aft cockpit consists of a full-width transom mounted bench seat, convertible helm and navigator's seat that provide comfortable seating for up to six, plenty of room for entertaining.
Large helm console with excellent all-round visibility and sight of engine instruments and navigational aids, the helm position and aft cockpit are covered with a 2-part canopy which is easily removed.
