She is the lifting keel version, three double sleeping cabins, teak interior, performance sails, bowsprit, bow thruster, central heating and upgraded electronics up to and including a Flir mast mounted thermal camera! Mechanical & Electrical Systems

Engine - Located behind the companionway, Yanmar 3YM20 three cylinder 21hp marine diesel engine. Shaft drive to Flexofold three bladed propeller. Rope cutter to shaft. Freshwater cooled via heat exchanger. Single lever control. 130 litre fuel capacity. Approximately 170 hours.

Bow Thruster

Four 12V batteries (2 x domestic plus engine start and bow thruster). all 2022. Charging via engine alternator, 240V charger and two 20W solar panels. 12v socket at the helm.

Fractional rigged sloop. Anodised aluminium mast and boom by Selden (2022). Stainless steel standing rigging (2022). Dyneema halyards. Single line slab reefing to mainsail. Construction:

Built by Jeanneau to a design by Marc Lombard. Grey GRP hull with black style stripes. Coppercoat antifoul system from new. White GRP superstructure with moulded non-slip to deck. GRP bowsprit. Aft self draining cockpit. Cast iron hydraulic swing up keel (4'1 raised and 8'4 lowered). Twin rudders. Twin steering wheels. Six mooring cleats. Teak to cockpit seats, cockpit pole and transom platform.

This is a three cabin layout with the teak woodwork. In the forward cabin, good sized V berth with stowage under. Opening hatch to deck. Hanging locker. Double doors opening to saloon.

Saloon has two settee berths. Fixed saloon table with drop leaves and chart table to port. Galley to starboard. Two burner gimballed gas cooker with oven and grill. Refrigerator. Stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water supply. Manual seawater tap. 206 litre freshwater capacity. Separate heads compartment to port with marine toilet (holding tank), basin, mirror & shower. Stowage lockers and washbasin.

Two double aft cabins with large berth and hanging lockers.
