Advisory - Raymarine C series plotter is not working. - The Plastimo Neptune - It looks OK but the owner reports the grill isn't working and the oven may be suspect. It may just need a service by a Corgi registered gas engineer but also could need replacing.  - The hot water system runs through a Rinnai water heater (pictured). The heater is not operational and there is a water leak in the system which means the pressurised cold water system is also affected. - The aft heads is not operational. It could just need a service but may also need replaced.
