Marlow Hunter 37 NEW ARRIVAL A very tidy freshwater boat that was little used in the great lakes by the first owner then sailed down to Antigua in 2022 by the second owner. With two double cabins and a single electric head with shower. Shoal draft keel 5' draft for all the shallow anchorages and exploring the Bahamas. The retractable swim platform is usually only found on much larger yachts. Good Doyle sails with in-mast furling for ease of sail handling and with the optional Mariner package, featuring an upgraded 40hp engine still with very low hours, electric windlass, folding steering wheel, air-conditioning for use on shore-power and a cabin heater. Raymarine i95 chartplotter and i70 instruments. Sold with a nice Walker Bay dinghy and a Honda 5hp outboard. Recent survey available on request. Lying in the water and ready to sail away.
