Clipper Marine, the distributor for Azimut Yachts in the UK and Balearics, will be hosting the official Azimut 38global launch of the new Azimut 38 at the PSP Southampton Boat Show 2009. The launch will take place on September 11th, 15:00, Clipper Marine / Azimut Berths 160-163.
The style of the Azimut 38 is iconic of the unique Italian approach to design with perfection, craftsmanship, expertise and attention to detail being key attributes of this stunning motor yacht fleet spanning 38 to 116 feet.
Cabin Azimut 38The 38 model’s sky light within the master cabin allows natural light to flood in and the second cabin has panoramic water line windows providing spectacular sea views. Each of the two cabins have access to en-suites and wardrobe facilities.
The main saloon has a large dining area incorporated into the layout as well as ample storage in the port side cupboards and a spacious galley equipped with fridge freezer and electric hob.
The new model is fitted with a pair of Cummins 5.9 QS engines producing an impressive 355hp per engine and is capable of cruising at 28 to 30 knots with a top speed of 32 knots. Guests can enjoy passages from either the flybridge offering an extensive external seating plan for a motor yacht of 38 feet or from the striking interior main saloon.
