Parkstone Bay Yachts is fortunate to bring to the market this sublime 2013 Windy 29 Coho Powered by a single Volvo Penta Inboard Petrol - producing 380HP. This example will not disappoint.
Windy are a product of traditional craftsmanship, enhanced with the aid of modern technology. The latest being Wintec hull concept which gives improved performance from the power provided, greater strength and far less noise throughout the vessel.
The Hull on the 29 coho is resin-infused, making it lighter, faster and far stronger. She is reinforced with advanced multi axial glass fibre matting and Divinycell core.
The hull is by Hans J Johnsen and after a pre listing sea trial I can vouch for the fact she stays well planted dry and comforting during swells that would make much larger boats struggle. Her single Volvo Penta coupled with her powerful bow thruster make manoeuvring the vessel a breeze in close quarters.
Below decks, there is a neat galley to port with sink, diesel hob and prep area. Facing the galley is a seperate heads compartment with manual W/C and sink with hot and cold water. The forward saloon is a large double berth.
The 29 Coho is a true marvel and proves Windy's receipt of traditional styling coupled with modern technology is an unmatched cocktail and a force to be reckoned with - she feels like such a special vessel the moment you step aboard and even more so once you leave the dock.
CORONA'S Service history unfortunately has been lost - to our knowledge she has been serviced regularly, locally, in Poole Harbour. This is apparent on inspection of her engine of which we welcome.
For this reason, offers will be considered!
Viewings are available by appointment at Parkstone Bay Yachts, Poole Harbour.
