Description
Croix Du Sud is a beautifully finished classic EX-MTB. Refitted to a high standard with luxury cruising at the heart of the works. She was originally constructed in Southampton in 1944 by Vosper for the Royal Navy before becoming part of the Dutch Navy seeing active service during the war providing her new owner with a rich history of use prior to being reimagined by her current custodians of forty years.

Accommodation
Inside the main guest space she has a large owners cabin with ensuite heads and separate ensuite shower. There are two large guest cabins also with ensuite heads and showers. All cabins have plenty of hanging stowage and storage space making her feel like a home from home. There is separate crew accommodation with three berths and ensuite heads/shower.
On the aft deck, there is a large covered seating area with heaters, ideal for entertaining outside in any weather. To port you will find access to the vast saloon and galley with a beautiful open seating area and bar. The galley is behind the bar and is well-equipped with modern equipment to serve all of your guests. The versatile galley and saloon can function well in charter or liveaboard situations, there is ample cold storage for extended periods on board. Two Webasto air conditioning units service the cabins, she is well equipped for almost all environments. She holds approximately 2200 litres of fresh water and has approximately 1000 litres of black water tankage.
Mechanical Systems
She is powered by twin GM Detroit diesel 12V.71N engines, each producing around 525 horsepower, connected to her fixed stainless steel propellers via shaft.
There are two generators onboard, one Onan 15Kva and one Onan 3Kva.
There are three fuel tanks holding approximately 5200 litres of fuel.

Originally constructed in 1944 by Vosper to a design by Commander Peter Du Cane CBE(Also responsible for the Bluebird K4 that set a world water speed record). The design offered a fast stable platform at sea. She has a wooden hull and decks with a stainless steel super structure. Decks and superstructure finished in teak and a mostly pearwood interior.
