'Vela Spirit' a Northshore Southerly 35RS sailing yacht build year 2006 to a 2007 model. Well known for their capabilities of sailing short handed with fully retractable hydraulic cast iron keel designed for grounding with a two tonne cast iron grounding plate integrated into the hull perfect for accessing shallow waters. Equipped with bow thruster including joystick control, electric windlass, self tacking jib, fullcockpit enclosure plus much more. Accommodation
Classic American Cherry wood interior with blue cloth upholstery 'Vela Spirit' offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for crew and guests. Raised saloon seating to the port side and chart table to starboard offering excellent visibility with large windows to the port and starboard the space is bright and airy. Good sized double leafed saloon table and keel box positioned forward.
Significant storage capacity bins are located beneath the saloon seating.
Moving towards the bow and stepping down the linear galley is positioned to the starboard side and consists of a fully gimballed gas cooker with two burners and grill, 62 Litre front loading fridge with freezer, twin stainless steel sink and chopping board above the cooker.
Forward V Berth with hanging locker and port window to port and starboard.
Good sized heads to the port side with electric toilet (2016) to Vetus holding tank (2016). Wash basin vanity with shower from the tap (hot and cold).
Moving towards the aft cabin a large double berth with two hanging lockers and port lights.
The cockpit is large and spacious, a previous owner has repositioned the main sail sheet traveller from the cockpit to the saloon roof which allows for much more space in the cockpit. Teak laid cockpit with navy spray hood and full cockpit enclosure.
