This Rustler 37, Sophie is a little bit special.
Equally capable as a coastal hopper or long distance blue water cruiser, she featured as the 2018 Southampton Boat Show as a top spec example of a Rustler 37.
The current owner has had her maintained impeccably by Rustler Yachts with no expense spared, she presents as new.
Sophie has been upgraded by Rustler Yachts with a unique rig with in mast furling (powered) and electric furling and self tacking headsail all new 2022 - including new sails.
The original conventional mast, rigging and sails are also available with slab reefed main sail and genoa.
She has a fantastic set up for short handed sailing with the powered furler and winch doing all the hard work, sailing at the touch of a button. The interior is finished in light oak, nicely complemented by the macrosuede upholstery in buff, all in immaculate condition.

"After sailing for over 30 years in the Mediterranean and having reached the age of 83, we decided the time had come to the retire from sailing, and do what many of our friends have done and take up motorboating.
After test sailing a number of powerboats, we decided mainly due to noise, vibration and environmental considerations that the way forward is a good quality sailing yacht with fully automated sails.
We contacted Red Ensign and purchased what we considered mint condition 37 and Rustler Yachts refitted the yacht with in mast powered furling and a powered self-tacking jib, which meant that we could enjoy sailing at a touch of two buttons.
This we believe has given us the best of both worlds"
