Yanmar 80 hp 4JH2HTE 4-cylinder, vertical, water-cooled marine diesel engine.
Shaft drive to 3 blade Brunton Autoprop giving greater efficiency.

Fuel consumption: 2.3 l/h at 2300 rpm and about 7.8 knots; and 1.8 l/h at 1900 rpm giving 6.5 to 6.7 knots.

Accommodation
Three double cabins and large saloon - can sleep 8 adults comfortably. Plenty of space, light and stowage.
Twin aft double guest cabins with shared central heads aft.
Forward facing navigation station to starboard with linear galley forward.
Galley: Force 10 3-burner gas cooker with oven and grill (new in 2017), top loading fridge and ice box and twin stainless steel sinks with additional foot pump.
Large U-shaped saloon seating with large table and bench seat backing on to galley - re-upholstered in 2013.
Owners double cabin forward with two seats, dressing table with ensuite heads with shower. Bespoke sprung mattress.
Forward deck stowage locker: from the forward heads is a door to the deck stowage locker which has steps giving access to the deck hatch.
Rig and Sails
Masthead sloop with double spreader alloy mast and spars; boom replaced in 2005.
Slab reefing on main and furling.
Stainless steel standing rigging - last replaced 2022.
Profurl headsail furler system mounted below deck; it is not electric, though all the wiring is there, it was replaced in 2005 with a manual ProFurl and more recently in 2020 - the drum and bearings were replaced.
Rod kicker with 5:1 purchase.
Sails:
3 sets of sails - plus originals from 1993 (main and #1) serviceable:
- set 1: UK Sails 2023 main and furling genoa (good)
- set 2: HD Cruising - heavy duty (well used)
- set 3: Saunders Spectra - used for 5 years
3 spinnakers; 1 light in sock. 2 heavy in sock and 3 asymmetric.
plus: heavy weather yankee with hanks; storm jib and storm trysail.

12v/240v with charging by shore power and two alternators (1 a Belmar 140 Amp - fairly new; 2nd a standard 80A) off the engine, one of which is dedicated to engine battery.
