Mechanical Systems
Located under wheelhouse sole, 2 x Caterpillar 3116 350hp 6-cylinder turbo diesel engines. Freshwater cooled via heat exchangers. Morse dual single lever controls with electric start at both helms. Full engine instrumentation. Twin shaft drives powering 3-bladed propellers. Hydraulic trim tabs. Sidepower bow and stern thrusters with controls at both helms and handheld remote (professionally installed in 2004).
The engines appear to be in very good cosmetic condition, had a full service in Spring 2022 including new impellers, and an oil service in April 2023. The engines have run for just over 2300hrs since new, equating to an optimal usage of around 90hrs per season.
