Remarks :
Windflower is a Gaffer rigged 31 foot classic wooden sailing yacht, she was built in 1932 in the Woodnutt yard at St Helens, Isle of Wight, from a design by Alfred Westmacott who also designed the X-one, Solent Sunbeam and Victory classes all of which have a large following today.
Her full history is known and she has been continually well maintained, refitted and upgraded throughout her life.
She is currently in great condition , having been substantially refitted over the last few years. Her engine is the excellent 20hp Beta diesel which has been regularly serviced. She had a new stainless steel fuel tank in 2022.

Windflower is a delightful boat to sail with a very good turn of speed ,She draws attention where ever she goes. Her current owner has won numerous races ,including the Yarmouth old gaffers regatta twice, the Royal Lymington Regatta outright , Taittinger regatta overall and many many more  . She is registered with the British Classic yacht club and eligible for their events.

Windflower Gaffer 31 is in great condition and ready to go for this season. She is currently afloat in Lymington.
