Periodo lavori 1/2 mesi, sbarco e reimbarco motori con riallineamento asse e lavaggio sentina.
Revisione turbina, revisione scambiatori di calore con pulizia e sostituzione guarnizioni e manicotti causa perdite, stacco e riattacco invertitore per controllo parastrappi, stacco e riattacco motorino avviamento per pulizia e ingrassaggio e revisione, tagliando motori con sostituzione olio filtri, girante, cinghie etc., tagliando invertitori con sostituzione olio e filtri.
Ripristino scambiatore motore dx parte consumata circuito liquido raffreddamento, mediante saldatura in alluminio dei basamenti, lavoro svolto dal tornitore.
Revisione turbine entrambi i motori con ricostruzione chiocciola scarico e accoppiamento, gomito scarico (raiser) lavoro svolto da ditta specializzata a regola d'arte con garanzia.
Verniciatura totale motori con trattamento antiruggine su parti rovinate.
Ricambi per tagliando motori e invertitori olio, filtri cinghie e giranti, liquido raffreddamento, zinchi scambiatore.
Ricambi per manutenzione straordinaria motori, gomiti scarico, raiser scarico, manicotti, bocchettone liquido raffreddamento, guarnizioni varie, bulloneria e prigionieri vari.
Verniciatura sentina dopo lavaggio e prima del reimbarco dei motori, verifica linea d'asse, boccole .
