It's with big regrets I'm listing our lovely and very special 28. The unique 70's boat has had a total refit with a modern twist and amazing use of space. A really social family boat. Fitted with a pair of 150 Yamaha outboards. EVERYTHING has been done and to much to list, but it would make the most amazing family day boat. She originates from the south of France and was owned and transformed a Monaco Marine shipyard for a MYC owner.
We have fitted and done the following :
New Lewmar windlass and structure in the bow deck.
Rubbing strip re fitted, bolted and sealed.
Stainless polished and re fitted with sealent
Deck gel flatted and polished
New grey non slip
Sleipner bow thruster
Diesel heater and ducting
All hoses and skin fittings changed
New canvas and all over bimini
Engines serviced (200 hours)
Hull scrapped,sanded back to original gel, primed and anti fouled
All bilges and lockers sanded and flo coated
Hull flatted back and professionally wrapped
New V birth upholstery
The boat has: Garmin GPS Plotter. Running cold water and bathing platform shower. Gas Hob. Electric saltwater toilet. Clarion marine stereo. Full shore power setup and chargers. Below deck cool box. Stainless props
