You may have noticed some of the latest updates we have made behind the scenes, including major enhancements to our boat advert pages. It’s now even easier to browse through boat search results as you can click directly to the next boat in a search result from the boat advert page, rather than having to go back to the search listings page. The boat adverts page also have a fresh design and we have combined the descriptions and specs information, to be in one handy place.
To give you a sneak peek of what’s to come, we are also working on enhancements to our globalisation. This includes translation of the website into multiple languages, with German coming first and other languages to shortly follow. We have also improved Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for web searches from non-English speaking countries and we are changing the URL structure to match each language. Globalisation changes will also include setting default preferences for each boat search country, units of measurement and currencies, plus translations will be created by humans and not translation-bots, meaning improved accuracy.
