Sunseeker Portofino XPS 34 - 1987

This Sunseeker XPS 34 is without doubt a very special one off classic. Her power has been significantly enhanced with a new, higher performance pair of KAD44 EDC engines fitted in 2000 (now with only 310 engine hours logged). These well maintained and very economic power plants give her superb acceleration capable of pushing her to more than 40 kts or allowing for very capable economic cruising at around 24kts.

In recent years a great deal of work has also been completed to ensure that Xcess lives up to her Sunseeker pedigree, with subtle and sympathetic refurbishment of fabrics, interior upholstery, electronics systems and the whole of the boats colour scheme. Her aesthetic, comfort and technical upgrades have truly made this boat even more “stand out” than she already was.

Owners Comments

In April 2024 Xcess was lying ashore in Gosport for annual maintenance. During this time she had her hull cleaned and polished, two coats of antifouling applied below the waterline and three coats on the waterline. In addition, both drives were primed and antifouled. Her port drive was also fully serviced, including all new bellows etc. (Stbd drive was fully serviced Oct 23).

Now back afloat and on her mooring with fully serviced engines (May 24), Xcess is truly turn-key and ready to impress both her new owner and all who see her.
