We have the pleasure of offering this sailing houseboat which is very rare on the sales lists. The ship has been converted into a floating accommodation in the first row with everything in comfort, heating systems, large kitchen, modern bathroom, lots of light and space everywhere on board this ship.
The current owner has bought the ship in the Netherlands and is now selling it after 8 years of ownership. During that period, a lot of money and hours have been spent on renovations, updates and remodeling. The ship is today a fully equipped sailing houseboat with everything in equipment and comfort that you expect from a ship like this. Here you get plenty of real space both outside and inside, and the ship is fully operational for sailing.
This sailing houseboat and river barge has been sailing with coffee beans in Amsterdam's canals until the current owner bought it. It has been converted several times into a recreational vessel and houseboat.
From the aft deck you go directly into the ship's large kitchen dining room with space for many diners and a large kitchen Island. From here you go down 3 steps to the ship's large living room, which is also used as an office. From here there is access to the bathroom/toilet and enclosed wardrobe as well as a large cabin.
On the first floor you will find a large room with a fantastic view as currently is designed for a master cabin but can be used as a luxury home office with the best view in the city.
In addition, you get a fantastic outdoor area with 3 large decks on two levels.
The berth is not included, but the ship can be sailed to the desired port.
The ship has been bedded and had the bottom painted and the anodes changed every 2 years - at the latest in the summer of 2022.
Anodes just inspected August 2024 (10 pcs x 3.5 kg).
