'Trelise', a Rival 32, is for sale with Vivid Blue Marine. Built by Marine Construction (Woolston UK) this vessel is an example of this highly popular cruising yacht.
The Rival 32 is a solid traditional cruiser, with longish fin keel and skeg hung rudder. The Rival 32 is respected as a seagoing cruiser. Many Rivals have made long ocean passages. The saloon has the trademark Rival "keyhole" bulkhead leading through from the galley and chart table to the saloon. The very traditional layout has the chart table to starboard, with a quarterberth aft of it, the end of the berth forming the chart table seat.The saloon table drops to form a double berth to port, with a single convertible settee/pipe cot to starboard. Forward is the heads compartment, with hanging locker opposite, and then the forecabin, with vee-berth convertible to a double.
The mainsail is brand new in 2023 and the headsail is from 2011. The standing rigging was replaced in 2015.
The 1996 Lombardini LDW903M was serviced in March 2023.
This yacht has had many adventures and is ready to sail and add more.
