BUILDERS REMARKS: The Leopard 40, crafted by South African builders Robertson & Caine, showcases a modern design by naval architects Simonis and Voogd along with the Robertson & Caine design team. This model maintains the speed, agility, and blue-water performance of its predecessors, while featuring enhancements such as increased hull volume and a unique interior layout. The galley is positioned forward, complemented by a forward-facing settee and window, along with an access door to the forward platform. This design allows for panoramic views through large sliding glass doors that connect the saloon and aft cockpit, promoting seamless communication for guests and an open flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
BROKERS REMARKS: Kenzie is a young model with no hurricane history due to her age. This yacht features a 4 cabin, 2 head layout of the popular 40 model, with walk-around aft cabins. It includes a lighter Ash interior, air conditioning, a generator, Yanmar engines, electric davits, and a walk-through forward door. Engine hours are lower than normal due to slow Covid times, making her one of the boats with the lowest hours leaving the fleet.
