Resumen

Anita Jois a 2008 Lagoon 420 Owners Version with three cabin layout. This is a spacious and comfortable blue water sailing yacht, completely autonomous and fully equipped for long passages or for liveaboard cruising. She has always been lightly used and privately owned - she has never been used for charter. She also has no history of hurricane damage.

Anita Jo features three en-suite queen cabinss with 3 baths, all showers are separate and all heads are electric. She has a dedicated owners suite in the port hull with private head, shower, a queen sized bed, and a sitting and dressing area. Two guest cabins are in the starboard hull each with their own separate showers and toilets. She has been setup to run comfortably anywhere in the world for a long period of time with her powerful generator, very reliable Dessalator watermaker, solar panels and wind generator.

Anita Jo is a very roomy sailing catamaran with full height cabins, a large salon with galley up and an outdoor entertainment area that will comfortably seat 8 people. She has a lot of interior and exterior storage space for fenders, lines, tools, sails and recreational gears.

The cockpit helm station is completely protected from the elements under a hardtop bimini with a dodger and full cockpit enclosure. She is well-designed, setup for short-handed sailing, and can be sailed without leaving the cockpit.

Highlights:

- Cruisair air conditioner / heater / dehumidifier in all cabins and the Salon

- Dessalator Duo 100, 26 US gal/hour watermaker that runs on 12 or 110 volt

- Her engines were installed in 2010 during conversion from hybrid electric to diesel power.

- New Porta-Bote dinghy with ePropulsion electric outboard

She is US Import Duty paid and available for showings by appointment in St Augustine,FL.
