Great opportunity to dip your toe into boat ownership for not a lot of outlay. This David Thomas designed Hunter Horizon 21 is a great little family cruiser offering 4-berths over the saloon and forepeak. She is a delight to sail, easy to handle and above all safe.
'Puffin' has been used both on fresh and sea water. Her trailer is ideal for exploring new cruising grounds and her bilge keels make her ideal for exploring the shallow areas of our beautiful coastline. 
She comes with a serviced RM single axle trailer, a 2006 Tohatsu 6hp Sail Pro outboard, a decent suit of sails including a 2016 Genoa and a good inventory that will get you afloat. 

Mechanical

Vessel is powered by a Tohatsu Sail Pro, 6hp extra long shaft, 4-stroke outboard engine. The engine was purchased new in 2006 and is in excellent condition. She has been mainly used on fresh water and well maintained. The engine hasn't been used in anger since 2020 and has been stored under cover since.
The engine sits on a bracket at the transom and is a pull start. There are 2x12Lt fuel tanks with fuel lines and primer bulb.
There is space for a 12V battery (not included) which will provide power to the dep[th sounder and lights.

Genoa sheet winches mounted in cockpit. Sails include:

Accommodation

Below decks can sleep 4 in comfort with a double berth in the bow and two singles in the saloon. There is a small galley with 2-burner spirit stove and a sink with hand pumped fresh water.
The upholstery is fully refurbished and cleaned ready for her new owners. 12V lighting. Perspex hatch for extra natural light.

Construction

Grp constructed sailing yacht with cast iron bilge keels. Transom mounted solid wood rudder with teak tiller. Large self bailing cockpit with angled coamings for comfort. Bespoke cockpit cushions.
Good sized side decks allow easy access forward. Self bailing anchor locker with lid. Stainless steel boarding ladder.
