The promise of that art of living where you’ll cultivate the pleasure of sharing unique times on the ocean.
The discreet coachroof (albeit wider), the subtly inverted deck sheer, hull portholes highlighted by a stripe, a discreet chine above the waterline that’s extended as much as possible, and a sleek rig are all elements that guarantee not only good performance, but also elegance and balance. From the very first tack you make, harmony is the natural order of the day: this perfectly optimised catamaran offers generous relaxation space in the cockpit, on the flybridge and forward of the coachroof. When it comes to sail manoeuvring, the deck layout remains faithful to the double manoeuvring/helm station that’s become such a favourite among users. Like all new Fountaine Pajot models, the New 44 is available with our ODSea+ electric drivetrain and up to 2 000W of solar panels.
Aboard the Maestro version, owners can configure their cabin in the port hull as they wish.
Maximum opening onto the cockpit and central island:
The enlarged nacelle offers even more volume and storage space. The New 44 catamaran also blurs the exterior/interior boundary with a fully opening window, a central island and a serving hatch at the front. Whatever the weather, you’ll always feel right at home when on board.
Set a course for new lands, far beyond the horizon! The New 44 is the ideal catamaran for blue water cruising with family or friends.
he mid-height helm station guarantees excellent visibility over the water and perfect control for course-keeping. This strategic position means you remain in direct contact with the crew – whether in the cockpit or on the flybridge. Just forward of the helm, the sail manoeuvring station offers a perfect view of the rig, making trimming easy.
Indoor & outdoor areas
The New 44 is available with 3 or 4 cabins. Aft, the berths are set slightly diagonally for easy access. Forward, the chines in the hull provide a comfortable beam. The Maestro version offers exceptional comfort and, above all, the option to personalise the forward cabin with a low-level unit or a desk and, notably, a space further forward that can be converted into a baby-cabin or a workshop area.
