Introduced in 2003 as the 3970 Express (soft top), Later referred to as the 400 Express and then the 420 Express (hard top). 

Produced from 2003 to 2010, the 400 Express is a sleek and stylish express cruiser that combined a spacious cabin layout with a comfortable cockpit and excellent performance. 

A hardtop shades the entire helm deck, and a Larger moulded extended swim deck graced the vessel from 2005 to 2010.

With a true LOA of 43” and a robust beam of 13‘6“. 

Below deck, natural cherry wood interior, premium finishing and a lofty 6’5” of headroom makes the perfect environment for entertaining, Justice is graced with upgraded indirect lighting along with teak and Holly floors, a very sophisticated and modern upgrade. A private state room forward with Island queen berth & head with separate shower stall. 

Powered by twin Volvo 8.1 GXI  Gas engines producing (420Hp each) for a combined whopping 840 hp, coupled with the V-Drives. A bow thruster has been added for docking convenience and maneuverability.

The 8.1GXI is a modern engine with electric fuel injection and electric controls for faster engine response and safe starting in all weather.
